I reordered a juice I ordered last week. It was delicious however there was about a cup or more of pulp left in the bottom of the glass. Very disappointing. No pulp in the juice I received last week.

I had placed an online order but when I arrived the juicer hadn’t even looked at my order ticket yet. It didn’t take her long to make it, but I was a little bummed it wasn’t even being worked on when I arrived.

The ease of ordering through the app was great. I arrived at the store a little earlier than the pick up time I chose during ordering, but the employees came right to me asking for the name on the order and said that it was just about done. Great communication and service overall. The juice was also delicious!

Smoothie was great! Juice was just okay. Service was weird. I was not acknowledged when I walked in. Just awkward stares as employees made drinks. I sat to wait since another customer was waiting. It took awhile before someone gave the customer her order. I had to quickly say I had put in an online order. My order was ready already prepared which was nice. It would also have been nice to have someone ask how they could help when I walked in because then I could have just grabbed my order and left instead of awkwardly waiting and staring into the abyss. If I hadn’t prepaid for my order I would have just left.

Such a great place to get fresh juice and healthy smoothies. Love Nekter!!

We really enjoy Nekter and my kids love getting a smoothie or juice when I pick them up from school. I pre-order on the app, and my order is always ready at the expected time.
