I had to wait 40 minutes for my two bowls and 1 smoothie even though I ordered ahead. There was nothing wrong with the worker. It’s just that she was the only one and so we ended up having to wait almost an hour.

I was not greeted when I arrived. The smoothies had large chunks of banana that were not blended. Overall, a disappointing experience. This store never seems to have enough employees making the wait long.

I really love Nekter but todays experience was just bad. My order wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the estimated pick up time and when I asked I was met with rude answers from the staff. I would understand the wait if I had ordered a lot but I just ordered one smoothie or if it was busy but I was the only one here. People came in after and ordered and had their items made right away. I do love this place but experiences like these make me want to go someplace else.

Service is always quick and juices/smoothies are always made exactly how ordered. very happy with this location!

It could’ve been better by improving time management of filling customers orders. I waited 45 minutes for my smoothie and açaí bowl.

Local chain with health conscious smoothies, juices, acai bowls, and other items. Came here after a hike at Pumpkin Rock for an afternoon pick-me-up. It’s located in the Ralph’s complex so parking is easy. They do offer WiFi. Credit cards are accepted. No dine-in is available, but there were some outdoor tables that seemed to be shared among the businesses. Takeout is also available. Food wise, my acai bowl was watery and the blueberries tasted overripe. I was a bit disappointed because I usually like Nekter’s acai bowls, but you may want to stick to a juice (can’t go wrong with a greenie!). Come here for a breakfast or a snack - you won’t get too full off the options.

My favorite are definitely the toxin flush, the greenie, the blueberry banana smoothie and scoop are amazing.

The smoothies were fine. The lady at the counter was clearly not happy to be there. She refused to allow us to use the restroom. Maybe she just had a bad day but she should not blame customers for that.

I usually have a good experience with Nekter. However this last time was extremely slow, even though I ordered online and the smoothie was not good whatsoever. I got the berry banana blast and it tasted like watered down blueberries when usually it is much better than that.

I come here way too much. Their app makes ordering and picking up so simple. Plus you earn a free drink after every ten purchases. My favorites are definitely the Toxin Flush, the Greenie, the blueberry banana smoothie and their skoops are amazing! Pic of the chocolate and charcoal vanilla skoop!

I really loved the smoothie here. Everything is made so fresh that I can appreciate getting a healthy choice. The employees here are very friendly and helpful when making a choice from the menu. Although they attract a trendy, younger crowd, all are welcome.

I come here at least once a week for a smoothie. I use their app on my phone to order ahead so I can just pick it up. They have a rewards program as well! Everything I've tried tastes great, and all ingredients are nice and fresh. Definitely my favorite smoothie/juice place!
