Store ran out of chia seed jam and when she handed me the drink, she didn’t tell me or notify me prior to making the smoothie. I asked her about it and she responded with they ran out and quickly turned away without giving me any time to respond or offered any replacement toppings. Smoothie was great, service interaction was not it.

Wonderful, just need a way to request for extra items as I would do if present in the store, I like extra agave , and dates in smoothies and was unable to request via website, so having someone else grab my order, but disappointed with the taste of the smoothie.

The worker left my smoothie in the blender after it was done while an off the clock worker came in. She continued to talk to her & serve her her order ahead of me all while letting my drink get watered down in the blender so she could gossip.

Everytime I ask for a pink flamingo with fresh orange juice. They always say they can’t do it. I thought Nekter is all about fresh ingredients so why is it that smoothies that contain orange juice is made with store bought orange juice.

So I go to Nektar at least once a week. Always make my build my own Smoothie. It's typically 9-$10 Tonight it was $14 for a medium that is ridiculous. I can safely say Nektar is becoming over priced! Besides that.. my drink was made wrong. Pretty dissatisfied.
