I ordered mobile today and waited til the time it was supposed to be ready to go in, but when I got in, I saw the "only cash, machine broken" type of note on the door. And the associate there apologetically explained that their machine was down and they didn't know what my order was so they had to make it now. Normally I would be annoyed but he was so nice about it, it didn't seem bad at all. Excellent customer service.
