Staff is not friendly . I went there many times and they are busy in their own conversation and don’t even say Thank you. They will ask the name on the order and place it on the counter with no gratitude.

The quality of my bowl is the worst ever. The PB bowl was watery—I needed a straw instead of spoon. I asked for extra berries on top and only had apples. I thought ordering ahead was the better option but now I see it wasn’t.

I’ve only been here twice and both times I’ve had something wrong with my order, workers are beyond nice but they are always out of something I ordered / something is wrong and I’m too nice to say something. My order got messed up today and I had to pay for a substitute which I felt was super unfair I would’ve done it for free since it was a mistake on their part. I paid without a fit but this has happened twice. I also applied here a number of times and can help if they are short staffed. But I’ve gotten nothing in return.

The experience was great! When I got there the employee had my drink ready but there was no ice in it yet. It was really kind of her to wait until I picked it up to put ice in it so it wasn’t watered down. Only place where this has happened and it was super thoughtful thank you :)

The bowls I’ve had there are good. But a few of the people that work there need to be a little more customer service friendly. Like say hi, how are you, is there anything else I can help you with, smile acknowledge when someone smiles and says thank you to them.
