The employees were socializing and not focused on their work. One individual, who appeared to be off the clock, was behind the counter distracting the two employees on duty. They were speaking very loudly, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. This excessive socializing led to a longer-than-usual wait for my order, and the food quality was unsatisfactory as a result.

Food is always good, but very disappointed at how the owners are letting the place go. Cleanliness I not being maintained. Windows look like they never get washed. Seats are falling apart. Store needs some attention. Hate to see what going on behind the counter, sure it's not being maintained either!
