Please hire more staff. There were so many people waiting on their items. One women asked how much longer. Another got up to tell the staff she’d have to come back after work when she gets off because they were taking so long. One man said, “i’m free” as they called his order. The young girl working had a young boy she knows come in and she was a bit distracted by trying to talk with him instead of keeping up with drinks. The young man working was trying very hard and being very polite to everyone.

You all know there’s only 1 staff doing all orders. I have to wait 20-30 mins for a smoothie which is really ridiculous. I stopped coming here daily/weekly and maybe come once a month to find that nothing has changed. You really need to add another staff for the morning shift. It is not the employees fault they are constantly moving and working hard and I’m sure people give them attitude still because of the wait. This takes awhile from their politeness as well no time to say thank you or you’re welcome which comes off rude but I know they are extremely busy.
