I preorderd two cleanses on Thursday 1/19/23 for pick up on Sunday 1/22/23 at 12pm. I arrived to store at approximately 1:15pm. You could see both employees were busy with customers waiting. I purchase an extra super food protein and asked for my pick up. My order was not ready and on top of that store ran out of two types of juices for the cleanse kit.... i was asked to pick two different flavors available. Given no other options were given and/or i had driven to store already. I had to contact my friend whom also placed in order to let her know what happened. I would have liked for either our order to be canceled and/or contacted for me to pick up order at another store.

Juices were fresh and yummy. The store is nice but the bathroom was in horrible condition.

The nektar juicers are always kind and welcoming, I haven’t had a wrong order ever!

I ordered my food online and I was to pick up at 10:32. I showed up at 10:47 and my juices were not ready, only my fruit bowl. Since I had to be somewhere, I told the workers that I will be back today later on around 730 or 8 PM to pick up my juices that we’re not ready. Not sure what happened usually good service and my order is always ready.

Every time I order online I drive directly to the location and the juice is always ready and waiting for me. Ordering on the app is so easy and convenient. I also love that they open in the early hours. I love getting my juice early in the morning to get my day started off right!

went an hour before close one time and was told that juices stop being served an hour before close . we were told to order ahead and the juice would be kept in the fridge. we ordered ahead for this order and arrived 30 mins later and the juice was separated and kept outside

My experience at Nekter is always phenomenal!!! The online service is my GO TO! It is quick and easy. I step inside and my drink is ready, chilled in the cooler. I appreciate the taste and satisfaction of each sip I take! NEKTER > Juice It Up or any other Juice company. A lifestyle changer. My GO TO drink is always the Toxin flush. It is refreshing and cleanses me sufficiently. Perfect way to start my day. A pro... You can add any other ingredients or boosts/ supplements you desire. Do NOT walk BUT run to Nekter... Like NOW!

This juice spot is lit they're forever busy so a wait is always expected and worth it especially when you're greeted by name and a smile everytime highly recommended

I'm a regular with the chain, but I ordered 3 different juices that were all made incorrectly. So I felt I wasted my money at this location

This is my fav juice/smoothie shop chain. I normally am able to get my juices juiced with the citrus peels on at every location. My first time at this location so I went in to ask her and make sure she would be able to do it before I placed my mobile order. She said she would do it but when I got my juices, were not made correctly. I just wish she would have told no, I would have not placed my order at this store and would have been ok to go to another location to have it made correctly. I feel like I wasted my money, not getting what I ordered when I would have been ok to go to another location just for them to make it correctly

The only thing is that the juice was not that good.

I asked if I can get fresh orange juice with my pink flamingo smoothie and they always say that they can only do half.
