Açaí bowls are a bit runny these days

Bowls were prepared as ordered ahead of the promised time and the staff was friendly and courteous. A+

Order was ready when promised. Bowl was well made but a little slushie for my taste.

I love this place. Great service and delicious bowls. Order ahead saves me so much time. And my bowls are SO customized.

Took much longer than the pick up time and did not make my bowl the right way

My experience this time at Nékter was not my favorite. The strawberries on the top were not tasty/fresh and seemed like they were frozen and there wasn’t as much granola as I normally see on my açaí bowl.

Customer service was great. My issue is I am paying over $10 for an açaí bowl and the bowl is always filled up halfway. I feel like nowadays we are paying more for less.

Everything tasted great, however, my smoothie part of my bowl wasn’t completely blended in. There was a large frozen banana piece that wasn’t mixed together. This has never happened to me before. Please have your employees blend the product better. Thanks

My bowl only seemed about half full and hidden in the bottom was a huge chunk of something very frozen. Considering the cost of the bowl, I’d expect it to be full and not have large hidden frozen things in the bottom

I've been going to this location for about 3 years. I think. The service is outstanding usually, and the freshness of my favorite item which is the smoothies. All flavors included. Sometimes my order is a little off but that's okay as far as ingredients. Like if I asked for extra of something it doesn't seem like they put anything extra in it. But regardless the smoothies and bowls are out of this world, I really enjoy them. Wish you guys would have some coupons for some more incentives but I guess you have that loyalty program. A great idea would be like coupons in the mail. I'm sure you would get more traction with sales. One thing I do want to point out is when you say you close at a certain time. I have gone there a few times and you guys have closed way before the post time that you say that you're open, example: I went there last Halloween and you guys were totally closed while all the businesses around you were open. At least put a sign up there saying that you're not open because of a holiday or Halloween. I'm not complaining. I'm just saying I was in such a great mood to go get one of the smoothies , but it was closed during your business hours. I will be back . Again 100%

Staff is always very nice. My açaí bowl was delicious and was prepared on time.

My acai bowl was delicious as usual but the service was lacking. I ordered ahead on the app and when I walked in, there were three employees working. Not one acknowledged me. I stood at the counter for at least two minutes without any acknowledgement again until finally one of them came over. They were definitely younger employees who might not have a lot of customer service experience but a quick “hello” and “be right with you” would go a long way. :)

Very good customer service. The woman who made my bowl, made it very well! It was delicious!
