It would be nice if they could scan the gift card QR Code from the app so that you can pay directly to the cashier. When I came in I was told it didn't work, and that to pay by gift card I had to place my order thru the app. I followed the instructions on the app to tell the cashier I had a gift card. But the reaction seemed unexpected. They did agree to make my drink right away but it took me a while to place my order as a pick up. So my drinks were waiting until I could place the order online even though I was right in the store. It would have been a nicer visit without this delay.

The smoothies didn't taste great. Also, on one of the smoothies, the lid was placed on it with smoothie overflowing and it made it so the smoothie was pressing out of the underside of the lid. Service was fast, the person was nice.
