Their acai bowl was ok. The toppings made it taste better but the base wasn't that good. The customer service was terrible. There was one girl making the items and one girl that strolled through the front door and then stepped up to the cash register. She just looked at me and didn't ask what I wanted to order or anything. She was very slow and caused the system to shut down and then just walked away.
The customer service is terrible. The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. I placed an online order, went to pick up the order at the assigned time, only to be ignored by all employees. When one of the employees finally acknowledged me, she was brash and acted as though I was an inconvenience. I will not return to this establishment, especially when the same products are offered at Juice it Up and Jamba Juice.
Just getting boring now with the same flavors. Bring something new and hot in. I just get bored and rather make them at home.... Cheaper and I get to experiment.
It was good. Seemed like the ones making it were having a bad day but overall it's good.
