CANYON CREST NEKTER. I was a regular here :( I went in with my daughter and they asked me and her to wait outside; being the only person in the store I was confused but agreed. We waited outside patiently for about 15 min finally I went in to ask if it was ready and the unprofessional lady said oh yeah you were suppose to peek through the window. Also the bowl was not very good/ melted.
I'm currently at the Nektar juice bar in riverside and the whole staff is extremely rude. As I was waiting for my order I bought an on the go protein protein smoothie and the blonde girl wearing sweats and a dirty flannel walked by me and told her staff friends that the one I picked was disgusting... the rudest staff ever no one said hello to me or anything.
Called this morning and asked for a lice for 3 day juice cleanse and they told me it was on sale for 85 and when I get there they the and charge me 119 and said that they dont know who told me that and didnt compensate me for any of my troubles ...I drove over 30 miles to get there very disappointed
I’ve been in to this store 2x’s this week & both times have not been helped (the 2nd time I had to wait for at least 2 min. while the staff talked to one another & got water for themselves).
I placed an order on 4/20, to be ready on 4/22. They had no record of it. I was told it would be ready by 4/24 & I would be called to pick it up. No call. I went in on 4/24 & they still could not fulfill my order. The unhelpful worker told me “Taylor” would call me by the evening of 4/24 to discuss my order. Still no call & no resolution on my order.
However, Nekter HAS taken my money. Go figure.
Forgot to mention: don’t bother to call their phone number. It goes straight to a voicemail that hasn’t been set-up. You can’t talk to anyone. Icing on the cake!!
WILL ANYONE HELP ME?
A small shop compared to other Nekters that I've been too, but the experience is still the same. Great customer service and delicious beverages. I tried one of the new apple cider vinegar drinks and it served as a great pick up after a tiring shift. I also enjoy their protein drinks as my post workout meal
Ladies please work on your customer service, even another customer shared with us, how you were not very welcoming. Plus the drinks didn't taste like any agave was in it (because I to work at a place where we use it for sweetener) hopefully future visits will have a better feel when walking in. I'll give it a few months.
