Attentive staff and polite

The place was a bit messy but they were pretty steady with customers. We had a pink flamingo smoothie, a juice, and the vanilla charcoal scoop. It was all pretty good but the juice (with everything) was the best and it wasnt an extra fee! The girls seem like they didn't really want to be there but they were decent and did a good job overall.

Nekter juices are great! I always order online and pick up in store. The only negative is customer service at this location is terrible. No one in here is nice and orders always get done wrong. Just today I put in an order and had my husband pick it up, when he got home one of of the smoothies was missing. Love the juices and menu just hate to struggle with the lack of customer service every time I come in.

it was pretty basic with no unique taste. The ingredients are just typical but really expensive and over priced for what is in the drink. Staff is nice though, my review is towards the quality/taste of the smoothie. truly something that can be made at home in my opinion based on the ingredients they list on the menu.

I love your juice bar! I love that everything is dairy free. But my son is allergic to cashews it would be nice if you offered otherplant milk alternatives for your smoothies other than cashewmilk

Great location, clean store, and more menu selections than other locations because of their amazing "Skoop" dairy-free "ice cream," smooth, creamy decadence which comes in three awesome flavors: Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla, with an assortment of healthy, and delicious toppings to enjoy. Unfortunately, not all locations have Skoop on their menu. The reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because of the staff. Although they're nice, they lack the ability to run the store with excellent customer service especially during their busier times. It's chaotic, drinks that get ordered on-line aren't ready when they should be. I come here a lot, and have noticed this on numerous occasions. What gets really annoying is that sometimes, whether busy or not, several of the girls will be clearly gossiping (loudly enough to know it isn't business related) in that corner little back room just chatting, giggling away, comparing whatever it is on their phones, while one or two of the team members will be working their butts off, with both on-line and in-store orders backing up, and/or getting mixed up. If they get asked to be put on a station, some even get a bit visibly snide/snarky, balking at the fact that they actually have to be put to work. The weekends especially can get hectic when it really doesn't have to be. Other than that, tasty items, nice location.

The best juice bar and the stuff is so friendly.

I am a long time customer of Nektar Juice Bar, so was very happy when they recently opened one in riverside where I've lived for one year. But my experiences at this location have not been the greatest. Today was the second time where the worker uses the same gloves to take my money, then directly after makes my order with the same gloves. I also told the worker that we forgot to scan my app so I can get points and she said there's nothing she can do because the receipt machine was broken and walked away. I was very disappointed because I love to come get products here and it is not cheap, so I expect it to be just as good every time I come.

Service is great. Juices and bowels are great, however what needs improvement is the smoothies. There should be more milk options as oppose to only offering cashew milk and coconut water. May be add an alternative such as almond milk or coconut milk for those of us that do not like cashews. My humble opinion. Thank you for reading and possibly considering.

Great location, clean, friendly and fresh and a wonderful lunch option. Third time here and will be back many more times in the future. Glad they opened one here! Tip: they have an app. Order online so it's ready when you get here!

Love having a healthy lunch option in Canyon Crest! I'm finding myself here several times a week. Yum! (If you're vegan, don't order the Skoop bowls, as they're pre-made with honey!) The music is also a little louder than necessary. While placing my order, we kept saying, "what?" back and forth, and they didn't get my order right, which was a little frustrating. Those are the only reasons why I didn't give 5stars.

So happy to see this opened! Worked in o.c. and patronized when out there, now lots closer. Staff was friendly, clean and attractive layout. Will be here regularly. 😀
