Sadly this is my 2nd, not so great experience. First time I was told that the store stopped making drinks 30 minutes before close so that the employees could leave on time. This time you have this poor girl working alone on a Friday night. At least she isn't telling people she can't make drinks. The girl working today was amazing, but the company needs to look into it standards and insure that all employees and locations understand them.

A friend suggested I try your 2 day detox. I had never even heard of your store before so I downloaded the app and ordered the two day detox. I went to pick it up and the staff were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and even talked me into trying a açaí bowl. I lost 4 pounds on the cleans so that was awesome. The only issue I had was the lack of information on the app as to what the cleans was all about. The guy at the store said to scan the QR code on the tag of my bag and it would explain more but they wrote the date on part of the code so it wouldn’t scan so I just drank the juice and lost 4 lbs so I guess that’s all I needed to know lol. But I will be letting my friends and family know about it and I will be doing it again for sure. The store was really cool so much so I asked if they were hiring I think it would be a good first job for my daughter but they had just hired so maybe next time. I don’t feel like proof reading all of that so I hope it’s good lol. Thanks

Typically I love nectar, but to stop surviving customers 20 minutes before close seems like a waste. Just close instead of rejecting customers orders so that you can leave work right on time. Poor customer service

I got to order online, when I got there my order was ready for pick up. Quick in and out which was great do to it being my lunch break. Thank you

My service at Nékter is always amazing, the staff is so friendly and courteous. I love this location, it seems like they always remember me which is a great feeling. They always get the order right and I never have any complaints!
