This place is sweet, but understaffed. Our server was awesome but overwhelmed. There was already a couple of other people eating, a line 5-deep, and DoorDash orders but she was the only one working. She apologized profusely but everyone understood.
Apparently management only has one person scheduled at a time. Maybe it is just week days. Who knows? Management should rethink this strategy. With sufficient staffing customer satisfaction would increase, not to mention employee safety.
Think about it.

This location is great! The customer service and consistency in drinks is AMAZING. I order online and walk right in/out to pick up my drink. The waiting room is always neat and clean for customers as well!
