Usually, when I come in, everything is great, but unfortunately, the past couple of times that I have came, the smoothies were not blended correctly and they were missing the agave. They had no sweet taste at all.

The smoothie was great and the order was completed quickly as a pickup order.

If I had to rate my experience, I would give it an overall rating of 8.5. I thoroughly enjoyed my smoothie, which was prepared promptly. However, I must mention that the customer service was a bit lacking. The lady who served me was friendly, but I felt that there was a lack of attentiveness.

Ordered small smoothie. Not a regular customer and certainly won’t be after my experience. Employee saw that I didn’t tip then proceeds to make a snide comment “thanks for the tip.” Then proceeds to intentionally short my order. Mind you I will tip for a service…don’t feel like waking up and going to work, where you get paid for your service, automatically means you’re entitled a tip.

Walked in to pick up my order and had to wait 10 minutes for him to get it from the fridge. The smoothie was not good

Good smoothie and great service

Each time I visit Nekter I feel bad for the workers. The customer service from our smoothie servers is awesome but I think they will burnout soon due to the lack of help. 1 person making smoothies and checking out orders for 5 people at a time is too much. The rush hour is usually between 3-6 pm. Please staff 2 people during these hours. I am not the only customer that feels this way. I have witnessed people walk out because they don’t want to apply more pressure to the worker or deal with the wait time. They make our smoothies with care but it’s hard when you are on edge and 5 people are staring at you. Please hire one more person.

Great protein smoothies.

I’ve always been greeted with amazing customer service, my only concern is my smoothies are always inconsistent. I normally get the same drink (pink flamingo). Some days it’s really watery while others it has a thick consistency so I’m unsure what it is actually supposed to be. I continue to go back for the fresh ingredients as well as the friendly team members
