Customer Service is great at this location. No issues at all. The smoothie was more of a chunkie... Some bits were hard to get through the straw.
But the people are wonderful!

My experience at Nekter is always amazing! The people are friendly. The drinks are great. There is one person who is often at the Las Colinas who remembers me (or seems to) and our conversations always boost my vibe which is already pretty great. I did not see her today but wanted to mention that. One thing that I really miss are the coffee smoothies. They are such a great boost for me on the days that I teach an early morning yoga class before going into the office!

This location is great! I have stopped in here a couple times over the past month and the young ladies at the front are always so welcoming and prompt to assist with my order. I usually order a banana berry smoothie bowl and the consistency has been good each time. I also appreciate how quickly my order is ready. Great service

Great and best place in Irving if you are a looking for healthy options. Great smoothies and parfaits and very friendly and calm staff. It was a wonderful experience and different .

Friendly staff and quicker than expected! The online ordering said 20 minutes but our order of two bowls, protein waffles, a smoothie, and a turmeric shot was ready in 10! Everything tasted delicious!

I had a small pickup order, just a turmeric shot. The service was quick and pleasant. My only real “complaints” about Nektar is the price for smoothies - I’d be willing to pay maybe $8 for a large but that’s about it.

Absolutely terrible the 2 lady’s working January 24 need to be fired they don’t know how to make a açaí bowl it’s liquidy and failed to do simple instructions with their job! My açaí bowl should not look like some water down smoothie neither should my fruit be unripe and unready to eat my banana was hard and my pineapple was frozen thanks a lot for wasting my money
