I ordered my drink 10-15min before ppl ordered their drinks in store. And they received theirs before mine. My order ready time was 15min past the time it said. They knew my name and that I was there but I still had to ask if mine was ready and it was in a bag in the fridge. Never called out my name.

I really appreciated that even though they were busy, they were still attentive. I walked in and another customer walked in after but stood closer to the pickup counter than I did but we were still served in order. My order was ready at the expected time so I was out quickly.

Customer service could have been better, was not greeted when I came in. Once they got my online order, they sort of tossed the order at me. My açaí bowl was good, but the other ones were not. I would recommend only taste-wise, but not the experience.

Just picked up a drink and WOW! gird your loins! If a white lady is at the counter, be prepared to be treated like you are preventing her from working?!?!? lol
Be prepared to watch someone attack and choke your apples and celery before shoving them in the wood chipper.
Be prepared to feel her nervous breakdown spill over the counter as she gives you the drink she contemptuously prepared.
Emotions of pity and fright quickly replaced the zen I went in with.
Definitely can see the morning rush taking a toll on the employees just from their demeanor. I ordered my bowl online in hope it be ready on time but when finally addressed I was told it’s not ready yet. I watched another customer never get serviced or even asked to give them a few mins before she was fed up and left. Luckily I work close by but I was minutes from being late because of the delay
