I love my experiences with Nektar. The only questionable instance was asking if the collagen in the Glow Getter was vegan friendly and the associate did not know and I was directed to read on the wall, the ingredients origin. That was a tad distrurbing. I found out from the location in Dallas off of NW HWY that it is NOT vegan friendly and she was able to inform me right away. I would just suggest that all the associates be informed of NON vegan friendly ingredients.

When I walked in no one greeted me they just looked at me and continued making orders. I sat down and then a minute or 2 later they asked if I called in. They then got my order and asked if I needed a bag. I was more hospitable than they were.
