I always get the same bowl and they forgot to add the “peanut butter inside” I ordered and paid for on the app. Otherwise good!

Picked up my to-go order a few minutes before it was supposed to be ready. She handed me the bag, and said thanks. . I assumed that both of my ordered items were in there. After leaving, I opened the bag to discover only one item. I returned 20 minutes later and asked about my other item. They were just preparing my juice, which was 20 minutes after I originally had come in. . I was lucky I hadn’t yet left the area. And was able to return.

I placed an online order for one bowl and my card was charged 3x … that’s not good

Safe to say I’m now a regular at this location. I actually pass one Nekter on the way to get to this one, simply because of new management. Couldn’t say that before with the other manager. Love how the place is ran, if I’ve have an issue (which hasn’t been much) it’s been resolved with no questions asked, even if something is not to my liking and I already left, I know I’ll be taken care of when I return because I come so often. Simply put they’re clean, proficient and attentive!

Bowels are yummy.

My suppose smoothie was more like a shake very watery. Very disappointing. I wanted to go back and ask for another one but I was already on the road.
