I had put in a mobile order and it said it'd be ready 11:40 today. I got there at 11:45 and the young lady there said they were behind and the order wasn't ready. She made my drink after a few mins. and then I asked, where are the others? (I had ordered 3 drinks) She had forgotten 2 were already made and put in a bag so the experience wasn't the best.

We were in town last week visiting with family and decided to find a Nekter location close to us. We’re from South Florida so we were glad we found one relatively close to us! In a nutshell we were totally happy with the service we received and bowls and smoothies didn’t disappoint! We were glad we found this location and we’ll be be back before we leave town.
They did not get my order right. I paid for vanilla pea protein and I could taste absolutely none in there like I usually do when I order it.

The young lady was trying her best to keep up with the online orders and in-house orders. That being said their should be no reason to wait 44 minutes for a smoothie bowl with people still in front of me.
There’s a young lady who’s on her first day that isn’t even allowed to take orders yet, so she just looks lost wiping things down while the other girl is running around taking orders and making them.
Whoever is in charge of scheduling should be ashamed at themselves.
Lastly the Nekter in White Rock gives 3 much larger protein poppers for 6 dollars. Yours are literally half the size and I only bought them because I’m intermittent fasting and had already been waiting 29 minutes for 1 bowl
Absolutely ridiculous.
