I received a smoothie, not a juice with no ice as I had ordered. I also had an in app coupon for a free shot that I could not redeem in the store nor would they redeem it at the store without a separate transaction because “we can’t modify closed orders”.

Store is beautiful, staff are friendly sweet etc. however - I have ordered the exact same make your own juice three different times because the sublime was cancelled and I don’t like any of the others. Every time the juice is completely different and a 16 oz instead of the 24 oz I ordered. Oh, and the exact same green variation on a sublime I ordered today, I got a frozen one, nothing green in it. I gave 10s across the board because I’m not an angry customer - but maybe consistency or reading the tickets better would be valid. I wanted something similar to a sublime, I got a frozen mango today. A nearby Nektar location has also made it for me, no issues from that one. Thanks!!

I love the company and the product but the plant location is problematic. They often don’t have mobile ordering available. On several occasions they have refused to make a juice 15-20 minutes prior to close because they already cleaned the machines. Also, they still are not offering the 32oz juices due to a cup shortage even with other locations accommodating the orders by using 16oz cups.
It was nice to be able to actually mobile order at this location. This location is problematic and often I can’t mobile order and they stop serving juice 20- 30 minutes prior to close. Very frustrating.

My order was done when I arrived and the smoothie bowl was perfect, but the greenie juice I ordered was terrible. It had the strongest ginger taste. Sadly I had to throw it away it was so bad. Such a waste. It would be nice if the machine could have a quick rinse between juices, or at the very least after ginger shots are made.

i asked for no ice, but they gave me ice. i have come to this location many times & they usually dont fill the juice/smoothie to the top of cup. usually some extra room, which is sad considering the price.

I like getting my juice from here. Usually place the order on my mobile and and it is ready at the estimated time. Friendly staff and the store is neat and clean. Good rewards program.

Not unfriendly, but no hello. Just my name and handing me my drink. Usually atleast a hello. I don't go often anymore since being told 30 mins before closing on another visit that they just cleaned the juice machine and wouldn't be able to make me a green apple detox.

One of our smoothies was the wrong size. We took it back but it seems they just added to it or something because it came back more like a juice than a smoothy. Very watery and not at all what we are used to.
