Love this Juice Bar!!! Their Toxin Flush is addictive and they have the best products!

3rd time in last month I couldn't get anything. The juicer was down for a few weeks. Saw the sign that the juicer was broken was down so stopped back in. Today they had no bananas or strawberries along with about 10+ other things. Don't see this being open much longer as it's obvious they are about done. Won't be back. One stop nutrition is better and half the cost anyhow.

Went in last week and was informed that their juicer was down. That was annoying but I get it. Went back in today and was informed the juicer is still down. Since the name of this establishment is the Nektar JUICE BAR, it seems odd that the primary function has been out of operation for at least a week. I ordered a chocolate/ peanut butter smoothie and received this disgusting amalgamation which seems to just have the peanut butter scooped into it (for smoothie that costs over $10). I paid with a $20 bill and was informed that they had to short me $0.07 because they didn’t have enough change. In summary: if you’d like to go to a juice bar that serves no juice, the over pay for a gross smoothie, then double over pay because they don’t have change and then be made to feel like you’re the problem or are being a “Karen,” then this is the spot for you!! However, if you’re a normal consumer I would steer clear of this place. This is a future “Out of Business” business.

The ladies behind the counter today were amazing. They were kind as always and they made my bowl super quick. My wife gets the Protein Power Bowl and I will get either a juice or a smoothie, most time I just get the AB Health Nut and it’s always delicious and satisfies my hunger in the morning. Thanks young Nekter ladies at the Plant! I would definitely love to tip them more often or tip them accordingly. With two items I’m spending $30+ which is about $100 in three days

Got there 5:40 and they told me I couldn’t order juice. Your hours say open until 6… you shouldn’t be “shutting down your juicer until 6.” So unprofessional.

I watched my juice being made for the first time. I always order ahead and never seen the process. The girls were running behind today and I watched my juice being made. I am PISSED to have seen the juice of the pineapple container being poured into my juice! I always add pineapple but I was under the assumption that it would be like adding strawberries…you know WHOLE chunks of pineapple blended with the juice. I have been paying $1.50 extra 3 to 5 times a week for the past 2 months for juice from a container holding the actual pineapple???? If that’s the case, you need to be clear to your customers on the mobile app. $14 with tip for a juice is already ridiculous enough but you should be honest with your customers and tell us exactly what we are truly drinking in those juices and not steal our money if indeed we should be receiving the actual fruit blended into the juice……

This place is a rip off!! They now charge extra if you add oranges to your juice. I thought Orange was a staple for juice. Just trying to milk their customers for all they can get. And then asking for tips too!!

We ordered online, it was a 19 min wait online. Arrived at the store at the time it should have been ready, waited an additional 20 min. I order a bowl and a juice. No urgency from staff and no care that we were waiting. Very annoying.

Store was Out of beets so I had to wait for them to go to the store and get some.. not a big deal but then when she came back she was going to juice the beets without washing them and I had to ask her to wash them. I really like the juices but that kind of grossed me out. Idk if the food is washed before being consumed.

Requested for fresh juice of watermelon and orange. We were given some punch like drink in our large cups.And orange is not also freshly squeezed. It is waste of money and should not tell customers it’s freshly made juice when ordering if it not going to be freshly made.

We love nektar. Where is the watermelon lime juice?

Ordered a dragon fruit bowl with orange juice instead of coconut water. Can very clearly taste coconut water since I order this bowl often. Called to ask if they made it with coconut water instead and was told the people who made it just left but they can guarantee it was made correctly. Well it tastes different, like coconut water. No resolution whatsoever.
