The people working were great and friendly. My only complaint is that my smoothies were not good at all this time around. They were beyond watery. I was let down especially since these smoothies are not cheap.

Went out of the way to get a smoothie for my daughter. Google and hours posted on door shows open at 8:00. They were not open and it is 8:26 am.

Oh no, that's not the experience we want for you! We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go as planned.
I’ve worked in a lot of customer service fields so I’m not just saying this because I don’t know. This place reeks of stuck up attitude and you’d think that be the only high price you pay but no. The smoothie was horrible. Just seems like they use high caliber ingredients to stake up prices.
Just go to smoothie king.

I ordered my smoothie on the app. Order was ready fast & the gentleman working was very friendly when I picked it up. But unfortunately my smoothie was watered down with not much flavor. I think they used too much ice. I ordered this smoothie a few times at different locations and loved it which is why I ordered here. But I will definitely try this location again because it’s closer to my home

Nekter is my favorite spot! I’ve been coming for the past 2 years and they’ve never let me down! If you’re new I would definitely suggest the Pb&J smoothie.

I placed my order on the app and then waited patiently in the pickup area. 20 minutes later I find out my order had been in their frig entire time. The female worker laughed and said "oops" The male worker ignored me completely. In addition my smoothie had PB gooped to the side of the cup and was not.properly mixed. Will not be back.
