The people working were great and friendly. My only complaint is that my smoothies were not good at all this time around. They were beyond watery. I was let down especially since these smoothies are not cheap.

This was the first time I used the app and pickup. The experience was super easy all around but going in and my order was being made just as I got there was great! Made the process super fast! While I know that may not be ideal always, it made for a great first experience. One thing I would recommend though, there was no greeting upon walking in or acknowledgment that I was there. The girl happen to turn and see me. She was super nice! The experience could have been elevated a bit more with a greeting.

5-stars for Customer Service and quality! Josh the GM and his team are phenomenal. We called the location with an inquiry that may have been a little unusual but Josh went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us the information we needed. Also, the order we placed on that day was one of the best we've had!
