For being an online order I’d expect it to be ready within 20 minutes. I understand being short staffed but put the online orders in priority because some people don’t have time to wait around for their order.

I love the juice. Everytime I order the person at the front always looks annoyed that I'm there. When using the app Is annoyed that I made it known which name my order is under.
I had a coupon for two dollars off that didn't work. They said nothing could be done. Ive had to wait over 20 mins for my juice before.
These are all separate experiences but they have never been positive. Always felt unwanted and awkward.
I keep coming back because I like the pressed juice and giant size
