The service is ok but it could be better. Usually when orders are placed a head of time it’s hit or missed on being ready. If you’re lucky to have it ready when you arrive you still have to wait for someone to come out or knowledge you in order to pick up your order. It doesn’t seem like there are enough employees.

Staff is pretty universally rude, not surprising since the owner is the same way when she is here. On top of that the service is very very slow. Expect to hear everyone get very defensive and claim you are early for picking up your online preorders along with an extra wait for them to actually start making it. Cannot wait for this location to go out of business so something better can open instead.
