I come to this Nektar often. Sometimes, I get a warm smile & good customer service,but other times, I will come in and the employee is not very welcoming, she does not return the smile and honesty is a bit rude. Depending on who's working at the time.

I place app orders and come here a minimum of three times a week. As a regular customer who always tips I keep hoping things will change however to get anyone to even acknowledge that I’m in the building I have to loudly declare that I am there and what I am there for or else the staff will not come out of the back to acknowledge me. Never once has the staff said hello or thank you after I said I was there for a pick up order or while handing to it to me. Every time I come in there it is as if I am bothering them for tipping them and bringing them my business. After weeks and weeks of this repeating I decided as of yesterday that I will never give this location my business ever again. I am in hospitality and have never witnessed the severity of disrespect to the customers than I have at nektars Brea gateway location. This business should be ashamed of the way they’re running.

The owner is not very friendly so will go to the one on Imperial Highway. Customer Service is the KEY!!!!! Welcome people visiting your store...Thank them for coming they could go to another store...which we are now doing.

I was very impressed with this location. The store was clean, smelled great and above all, had wonderful customer service. I appreciate how the young lady working there was so friendly and attentive. This is a big difference than the location down the street with horrible customer service. I will be coming to this location from now on.
