The instructions said to pick up from the counter but there was nothing there. The cashier was helping someone and got to me right afterwards. My order was kept in the fridge which I appreciate 1) because it stayed cold and didn't start to melt and 2) so it isn't tampered with or taken from the counter by someone else. It was delicious and easy as always!

The quality of the item ordered was great. Dislike having to tell my name for order pickup in order to be heard over the music and blenders. Curbside pickup would be great-especially useful when traveling with kids in the car.
