Moody cashier, she was rushing my order. I asked for light on the ice for a small and medium and the small was filled up all the way but the medium had a third empty.. if course they said cause the ice was missing, then why was the small filled all the way? I wouldn't recommend or ever go again.
Love this store! The quality of the bowls are consistent-- we love ordering here. Also, everyone has always been very friendly and kind. We will continue to bring our business to this location!

They had my drink ready & brought it right to me, didn't have to wait at all! Great customer service and my smoothie was just as requested with no dates or agave, since I have diabetes, I have to watch my sugar intake so it's super important for me not to have the agave or dates.

Unfortunately the girls were rude. They were busy but very bothered by the amount of work they had. Took over 5 minutes to be asked why I was there - I was the ONLY person in line. Before I could even speak and advise I was there for pick up, the girl told me it’ll take at least 10-15 minutes. I said - for what? She said - to make your order. I told her I had placed an online order and just needed to pick it up. This was after a customer told her he had been waiting a long time and she said - everyone has been waiting. Ummmm, excuse me? Good customer service is such a rare quality. It definitely was not at the Brea Union location today. I get they are kids but don’t want to hear that as a paying customer.
