This is the worst nekter.. a couple months ago I went to this location. I placed an order online & I was charged. I get to the store & they don't have one of my items. I ask for a refund 4 that item but they cant give me one for some reason & they charged me twice for the complete order I had to take it all the way to corporate to get my money back, the owner & manager are the worst. Worst customers service. I go to the San Dimas location now so friendly & courteous. What a difference!

My order was completely wrong and I didn’t have time to ask them to corrected.

good customer service. but, as nearly always with this location, the fruit used (particularly those for the toppings) could be much riper and sweeter please.

Purchased item online and the store when I went to get the greenie. Tried calling the phone number and no one responded. Tried calling next day and still no one.

The app said the drink was complete but it wasn’t. Please hire more staff to help the nice girl that helped me.
