I typically love Nekter and never have any problems. I was disappointed today though, as I had paid for a layer of Vanilla Chia Cashew Pudding and it was not included. Unfortunately, I had already scooted off back to work and could not turn around.

The staff person was very nice, the online order was ready on time, but the bowl was supposed to have fresh mangoes on it and instead it had what looked liked canned pineapple :/
