Your app should have better wait time estimates or a system to let the workers know you’re here bc it takes a while to get acknowledged when they’re super busy

Unfortunately depending on the day our bowls are always inconsistent. As far as how much product , it was disappointing today. I wish there was a fill line on the bowl to help your employees.Today ( if you look on Yelp ) at the photo I posted , well let’s just say I won’t be coming as much as I would have liked during summer break.

I will most likely not come back to this location due to the long wait. It took almost an hour for the order to be ready. Once I placed the order on the app, it stated the order would be ready around 40 minutes after the order was placed. I arrived at the store on time and still had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be done.
