It was 91 degrees this day and hotter in the car. My kiddo was waiting for an app pick up order and asked for water for our dog since the order wasn’t ready and we were waiting in the car. She kept getting the run around. She had to ask for water 3 times before someone actually gave it to her by that time our dog was distressed. We are ok waiting past the time of the order is ready but customer service needs to improve at this site.
