It took a while before I was acknowledged at the counter when I arrived. Also, 25 minutes for an order to be placed is a very long time. On a positive note, the staff was nice when I came in contact. I am a business owner, and I know the importance and value of acknowledging customers when they enter your store. You can never be too busy to acknowledge your customers.

Well, I love Nekter in general & been to much better locations. With this particular location 1. Speed & service is subpar 2. Wish they were open later sometimes this location closes before the hour marked
