The service is 90% of the time GREAT! The fruit smoothie bowls & drinks I purchase regularly are 80% accurate in ingredients, consistency, taste, texture & appearance.

The staff isn’t the most friendly and the orders say they’ll be ready at a certain time when you order on the app but they aren’t, they take an extra 20 minutes. No sense of urgency from the employees and no communication as to why the wait is so long or an apology for the wait.
