Hello, unfortunately my 24 oz greenie was made incorrectly and I was not able to drink it. I had already left the store and by the time I noticed it, the store was already closed so I could not go back and ask for a new one. It was a brown color instead of green and when I let it sit, more than half of the juice was red, which never happens. It’s usually green for the top half and mostly clear with a green tint on the bottom half. I get ******** very often each month and haven’t had this problem before, they are always very green in color. The taste was also off. I was not able to drink it and had to throw it away. I suspect perhaps the juicer was not cleaned before making my greenie. This is concerning especially if what was in the juicer preciously had an ingredient that could be an allergy. I was definitely disappointed in my juice this visit and unfortunately wasted my money. I am a regular customer, so was disappointed that this time my juice wasn’t made as it should have been.

I placed an online order and went I went to pick up it was longer than the estimated 20 minutes. Then they only made 1of the smoothies I ordered, not 2. It ended up being a 35 min wait for drinks.

Even though the last was in the back, I rang the bell and she was ready to serve me. I made an online order, she asked for my name and my drink was ready. She gave me a straw . My drink was incredible!!! The ingredients were fresh. I use to more people up front at this particular store, but I was in and out within minutes. Please add almond milk as an option. That would be wonderful. I like cashew milk, but give almond a try please.
