Good food but staff has too much work load. Orders are always running about 15 minutes behind scheduled pick up.

I just ordered 4 drinks and a shot. None of the drinks are as I specified on the online order. The ingredients I paid for are not present in the drink. I am asking for a redo on all drinks while I observe. For example, I asked for green apples and the drink is red. The toxin flush tastes like pure apple juice with no traces of lemon or ginger. The 2 other drinks are also missing the boosts. When I called the store, no one answers. I will come in person.

Fruit on the Açaí bowls could be better. Banana and strawberries were not as fresh as we’d like. They were mushy.

I placed an order for pickup at 3:45 PM and arrived at 4 PM thinking I could just grab my bowls and go but when I got there 1) I was literally the only person in the Nekter store and 2) the girl hadn't even begun making the bowls so I might as well just have not even placed an order online ahead of time. Why would it take so long if there were no other customers?
