App is easy to use and convenient. Product was delivered as ordered. Reasonably priced.

Online order was quick and seamless

Service was excellent and the food was THE bomb 🤤. However there was some minor 🤏 issues, they were out of napkins and after asking I was offered a paper towel. Also some tables and seats were ripped and chipped.

The staff was very nice and apologetic on the wait time for the drinks. Fast service and perfect drinks.

We stopped by this shop not realizing they were closing soon. Instead of calmly informing us, a team member rudely raised their voice and told us they were closed and wouldn’t serve my family and I. Had I known they were already closed, we would not have stopped in. There was no need for the attitude — a simple, polite explanation would have been enough. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and makes us not want to return. Please do better in training team members so that others don’t have to go through this harsh treatment.

Sydney was amazing! She was quick with my order and quick with everybody else’s order mind you she was by herself! What a rockstar!

The reason for this negative review is because I first contacted them on July 24th regarding experience issues through their website and have yet to hear a response. Maybe someone here will reply and resolve my issue. Smoothies are great, service is good. However their protein waffles have gotten worst every time I got them. I would get a waffle with missing ingredients and after the third time this happened, I decided to contact them. Why allow me to order if you don't have the ingredients necessary to make the waffle. My ticket is 35835 Experience Issues. Had hopes this would be resolved as I enjoyed getting their smoothies. Unfortunately, due to their lack of getting back to me, I will no longer be ordering from them until they resolve my issue.
