I ordered 8 bottled juices and 1 16 Oz drink. They were such unorganized and in a rush that they missed one of my bottled juices. Not to mention I started the on line order bc the cashiers automatically keep the receipts that would give them point. When asked, can I have my receipt for my points, they look shocked and say, Oh ok here you go. Look out for that.

MY JUICE HAD TOO MUCH GINGER OTHERWISE IT WAS GREAT

This location is superb as always. The employees are always friendly even in the middle of a rush. I manage a Movita Juice Bar so I know what the quality of the product is supposed to look like and this locations product is always on point.

The drink was too sweet and not enough greens. It tasted more like apple juice than greens. Can you please remake the drink?

I love Nekter! But i was given a (mobile order) juice when i ordered a smoothie. I didn’t realize it until i got in my car & drove off.

Whenever I order a ginger shot on the app with my order it never fails to be missed once I arrive to pick it up. This time of course it was not ready and when it was made it was mixed with a pulpy green juice of some sort but I had already been waiting an additional 5 minutes after the app said it was ready so I was not going to wait to get it fixed. Not a big deal but the point of ordering on the app is to have it ready by the time I get there. Only real complaint these days, other than short staffing which seems to be the norm these days everywhere, that’s why I love ordering on the app. Will continue to order on the app and come to this location as it is the best açaí bowls that is closest to me without traveling 45 minutes.

Always my go to place for green juice. Great taste and staff is always friendly. Service can be slow at times but not enough to stop me from coming back.

Nice place it’s clean the employees are courteous and greet you with fast service, I usually order ahead on the app I earn coupons and discounts all the time it helps and best of all they have good product, the juices and smoothies are great, I love the fresh juice the best and I like that I can add in some extra fruits complimentary which I appreciate. I always enjoy. Recommend.

Juice was extremely watered down for the price I paid so not worth it

Every time I come to this location; I feel very confident because I know they prepare the food with attention to detail. For example, if I request a celery juice not to have apple in it then my drink will not have apple in it and that is something that as a customer I truly appreciate. I recommend this particular location often because the customer service is top notch. The staff is always so helpful and friendly which today is very refreshing. The store is always so clean and well kept. I can't ever remember walking into this location and it ever being dirty. I especially love that if they are ever out of an item the staff will give a great recommendation that is very close to what I was looking for. In the past I have been to places that they are out of an item and the staff will just say sorry we are out of this item and make no effort to find something similar which is why this location stands out from other nekter locations.

I paid for pineapple on my juice and it was not added, but overall the employees are quick

I hope that there's a better container for the ginger shot. Or at least, place the small container in another cup (that's how other juice stores hands me the pick-up order). Sadly, my order spilled.

Every time I order the same juice it has celery flavor. I never ask for it with celery. I’m not sure if it’s the blender or they actually add it. I dislike the flavor

I order juices weekly but the juices have not tasted the same as they have in the past. I like to taste the consistency and balance in the juices I order. I’ll keep ordering from this location and hope that the consistency comes back.
