Experience was good except the açaí bowl was more like soup and needed a straw. It was very runny.

The customer service is always great! They always greet you with a smile and are very courteous.
The only set back is that I feel overcharged every time I order the Açaí peanut butter bowl. I ask for the peanut butter on top vs it being inside the bowl. For that I end up paying an additional 1.50 which adds up. I’d like to put this in your suggestion box for review. Honestly don’t feel there should be an extra charge for putting the pb on top vs inside.
Also, every time I come inside your store you only have 2 hardworking employees, maybe consider a 3rd one during peak hours. Waiting: 7-8 rating.

Food is excellent. Would recommend maybe increasing the amount of fruit in the açaí bowls if possible. But they are still delicious.

Hello. I sent my husband to pick up my order but when he got home, I did not receive the two ginger shots that I had ordered. :( I only got the açaí bowl, but I also didn't get the extra banana on top that I paid for.

I actually wasn’t able to pickup my order due to car issues. I called the store and employee I spoke with was very kind and understanding of the situation. Offered to have my bowl made tomorrow to be picked up since I already paid for it.

Placed order online. Açaí bowls missing pineapple; why have it as an option if you’re not gonna add it as requested. This is the second time this has happened!!!
