Love the product but would like to have kid sizes available for my grandsons. Also, more veggie heavy smoothies with kale, celery, etc., and fruits.

I love Nekter and purchase there weekly (usually at the Brea and La Habra locations). I would not recommend this Anaheim location to my friends. I have only gone to the Anaheim location 2 times, and both times I did a mobile order and showed up at the arrival time, and the worker came from the back and pulled the order paper from the machine and said “I’ll have your order ready in a minute.” Then, unfortunately, my drink (same drink I order at other locations) was not blended fully and did not have the flavor it typically does. I assume it might be because the employee was rushing when they realized they missed the order and were late. This scenario happened almost exactly the same way 2 times about 1 month apart. I think I’ll just avoid this location now. I’ll go to my normal spots where the staff is really friendly and alert to customers, the smoothies are tasty, and the orders are timely. Thanks.

Well everything went well until I entered the purchases in my spreadsheet and noticed the rewards company (punchh?) has a different idea on what "double points" means for National Peanut Day. I got a push notification I received 34 points for my purchase. Then I got a second push notification that I received "double points". If I received 34 points, and I"m supposed to get double the points, 2x34=68. I looked and my balance went up by 34+11, not 34+34. I sent email to Nekter because Nekter has awesome customer service so I will wait for them to get back to me. Other than that, excellent smoothie and quick service.

they are too inconsistent with the flavors of their smoothies and other drinks. Only some people know how to make it the way it’s supposed to be most of the time you never know what you’re gonna get.

The employee had many orders in the works, but she was patient and kind and my smoothie was perfect!

The manager needs to stock the basic essential fruits and vegetables better. A fruit was substituted in the smoothies because they ran out. Overall I chose this Nektar because the smoothies and juices are correctly made and taste good.

Came to the pick up counter and waited for approximately 5 minutes for help. Did not receive assistance until another customer came in and waited a couple minutes for their order. That customer spoke up and then assistance came. There were no labels on the drinks to distinguish which smoothie was which in the order. The two drinks were the same base and looked the same. Not impressed with how this location seems to be going down hill in customer service.

My experience today was not the best. I was picking up an online order. I checked in to let them know I was there. There was other customers inside 10 min go past and we noticed there was an acai bowl and smoothie on the counter. There was no name called. When I ask the ladies who’s it was they said mine. Well great to know, who knows how long I was waiting without being notified . It was not the best customer service I’ve experienced at this location. Not sure if I would recommend this location . On top of that when I get to my office no mango was on my bowl .

Great! Ordering through the app was easy and my smoothie was ready before I arrived. The gal who helped me was by herself, but acknowledged me right when I walked in and grabbed my drink from the fridge while she was trying to complete another order.

The lady was very welcoming and did a great job on my smoothie!
