No issues. Smoothie was ready when I got there. Probably the best PB&J in a long time too. Very peanutty!

I placed an online order. When I got there, there was no employee at the register. I called to the back two times and an employee emerged. She retrieved my order from the refrigerator and I could tell immediately both of my smoothies were not made to my specifications. When I repeated myself to the employee, she printed my order and remade it. Why take the time to order through your app if my order is going to be wrong and I have to wait anyway. So bad…

Extremely satisfied! I ordered smoothies for myself and my 2 little ones. They loved the Mango Extreme and Berry Banana smoothies. I ordered the PB & Chocolate for myself. For the boost I added the Pea Protein - which ruined the smoothie. I asked the manager if they could remake the smoothie and not add the protein and she didn’t hesitate. Thank you so much for making my first experience at Nekter wonderful! I will definitely be returning!!

Unsure why the last two times I have ordered my smoothies they are not a good as usual. This store has been the best in the past.

1. I arrived early before time for online order. The female employee told me she made my 3 smoothies but she had to make my last item a bowl. She took two in person orders making their items before completing my last item. When asked , she said she prioritizes in person orders over online . She said I was 13 minutes early. There was no customer service because she just had to finish one my last item but made two peoples orders. Not right and unfair .

Smoothies were great, staff was great! Can’t believe this was my first time here, will definitely go back.

Smoothie was good but a customer brought a dog into the restaurant. I'm severely allergic to some dogs and don't want pet dander in my smoothie. They were just leaving when I arrived so I don't know how long they were in there before I got there but maybe they were asked to leave right off the bat. But if not, remind the staff there should be no pets in restaurants (except of course unless it's a service animal by law) because dander can wind up in food items . I just don't want to get sick. Thank you.

Once again, app issues. This time I kept getting "press and hold to make sure you're human (not a robot)" over and over and over. Had to close out the app and redo everything. Time to get a new app company. Other than than, the Nekter part was good. Good service, good smoothie.

No issues encountered. Only had to wait a minute so no big deal. Smoothie was really good.

Experience was great. Ordered from App, smoothie was ready when I got there, quick in and out. Only issue is that the app sometimes says "no internet connection" and then "Retry" and "cancel" at the bottom. I look at the top of phone and it's connected to cell tower, full bars. I hit retry and then it works. Happens once in awhile for the last few months I would guess.

Smoothies always taste good.
