My smoothie was not made how I ordered it. I ordered it with NO agave. I should have tried it but didn't until I was on my way home. I didn't feel like driving back so they could make me a new one.

Today my smoothie that I ordered didn't taste exactly like it usually does. It had a bit of a funky taste to it. but I am still drinking it. I believe they should offer deals and more points with the amount of things that I order and purchase there.

The dates in our health nut smoothies were not blended. There were a lot of chunks of unblinded dates. When we got home we had to put it in the blender to make it drinkable.

Awesome!!! I love that I can still pick my pre-ordered smoothie up 30 minutes after it’s been made and it’s still perfect for me!! I wasn’t sure if it was going to be, and it still was :-) this makes me a lifetime customer!!

Smoothie had too much dates and not enough peanut butter. Asked for blueberries and they were not added. Not consistent with other locations.

Love your menu and always happy with my order. I wish your app had an area to request an item (like the granola could be half on the bottom and half on the top. Or make my smoothie extra icy.)

It seems to be a common occurrence that orders through the app are ready within 30 minutes rather than the 15 minutes stated. It looks that this location has more employee turnover and new employee so that is understandable. However, after having waited another 30 minutes for my order, I received a smoothy that was not completely mixed and lumpy. This was disappointing. I would have returned the smoothie but did not realize it until I was on the road and did not want to wait any longer.

Smoothie was not well blended, was chunky and very watery and did not contain blueberries. Went straight to the trash.

I was in the Anaheim Hills location on Saturday March 31. I should have known the wait was going to be long by the number of people waiting for their drinks (I counted 14 people, and some had multiple drinks/bowls. There was no wait to order my drink, but I waited 25 minutes to receive it. I ordered a tropical cooler smoothie and it was liquefied (literally looked like juice). I realize this location is new, I was hoping they would have worked out the kinks by now as this was actually the second time I have been in there and the service was unsatisfactory the first time as well. This location definitely needs some training and/or management.
