My order was not ready and was missing some ingredients.

I walked in and was the only one in there. There was a girl standing in the back around the corner not moving and another making a drink facing the door. The girl making the drink didn’t even acknowledge my existence for 30 seconds as I was standing at the pickup side of the counter. When she looked up she said I’ll be right with you and proceeded to make a drink. It wasn’t until after she finished making the 2 shots of juice that she asked what my name was. If I were in charge of the business I would inform my employees to service the customer in front of me and not the one that isn’t eventually there yet, especially when all they needed to do was open a refrigerator behind the counter and hand me my drinks.

And, FINALLY, you are fixing that door. I cannot imagine what your electric bill must have been these last couple of months. It drove me crazy every time I walked in there, knowing the waste that was happening.

I ordered this drink at noon and it said it would be ready at 12:21. It’s now 12:55 and I’m still waiting. When I asked the girl about it. She said ‘sorry, we’re busy”
In the future I’ll go to another store.

The experience has been great. I have been eating here often during the summer and it tastes great and I love it.
