This is my third time ordering a very large and costly order from this location. This is the 3rd time my order is wrong and missing things when I arrive. Staff tries to tell me it’s not until I show them the receipt. It’s like they never pay attention to everything on the orders.

I used the app, got a large drink, and it was quite a bit short. I don't mind if it's not at the top, which sometimes happens, but this was a good inch below the top.
I said something to the brunette, and she was happy to make me a new one, which I really appreciated, but she said nothing to anyone there about this. I feel that your employees should know how to make the drink correctly to begin with so that your customer doesn't have to wait around for ten minutes for another drink to be made.
