Açaí bowl reviews · Nekter Juice Bar - Anaheim

Customer service was excellent, my fruit bowl was ready when it said it would be. But the quality of the fruit on the top of my bowl was not good. The bananas were brown, the apples were brown, and the strawberries were mushy. Very disappointing.

I’ve ordered the PB&J bowl a few times and come to find out it was made wrong because they did not add bananas. Today I ordered the same bowl and they made a peanut butter bowl instead. They ended up making me the correct bowl but I’m confused on why the employees are having trouble making the bowls correctly or just making the correct bowl all together.

When I walked in there were no workers. They were talking in the back. I was excited to receive my bowl however it looked like there was a hair on one of the strawberries which made my order a little less appetizing.

I ordered a peanut butter acai bowl. It was ready quickly but I couldn't taste the peanut butter.

We ordered a mango bowl but my daughter said there was no mango and only pineapple.

I think the other survey was for the poppers and this one was for raspberry bowl. Oh well. Raspberry bowl was good. Haven't tried the poppers yet.

I ordered online so speed was no issue. I tipped for the service and then when I returned home to enjoy my bowl there were no blueberries on my banana berry bowl:(

Great service. Very tasty new flavor. Love mobile order and the new recipes. PS . Bring back the graviola bowl for spring

I love Nekter and will continue to visit other locations but Anaheim Hills I likely will not return. Despite being my closest location, they have twice “not recieved” or started my Nekter app order (until I show them that I am indeed at the correct location) and this last time the associate was so irritated to make my order (after I showed her my app) that she silently threw the two bowls in the paper bag tossed two spoons in the bag with an attitude and gently nudged the bag in my direction without so much as a word or eye contact.

I love the service and my bowl from Nectar Anaheim Hills!

Put a pick up order and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes when I got there I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. I didn’t end up getting one of my drinks because I had to leave since I had an appointment elsewhere. The acai bowl itself was very watery

Love you folks! Great service, and love the bowls.

It was delicious as always, but unfortunately, we ordered two bowls with granola on the side, and we didn't realize until we got home that we did not receive the granola for either bowl.

Compared to other açaí places we’ve tried. Quality was great for the price.
