The young person working solo was diligent, kind and did an excellent job. She gracefully handled the multiple online orders and line of in-person orders in a manner that was focused, efficient and personable. While we did have a short wait time, it was more than reasonable -- every customer was happy and understanding. It was evident that she was doing a great job, and the energy in the shop was good. This was on Sunday, Jan 26 around 1:15pm. Just as I was getting my order, another employee arrived, and swiftly went to work. It was impressive how seamlessly the two transitioned to working together efficiently. My order was made beautifully. It was also impressive how each bowl that I saw was made well, neat and just looking good.

Highly satisfied with the level of service, speed of service and friendliness of the team. The make your own juiceI ordered through the app was delicious! The team member that was preparing the juice/bowls for customers seemed to be working with a high sense of urgency which is great to see!

I ordered my bowl for pickup at 11am. I arrived at 11:30 and it still wasn’t ready. Missing the blue vanilla topping and the base looks brown/dark not like the picture online

My favorite Nekter Juice Bar in the area. Always order by the app and its always ready on time. The chia pudding is the best on the acai bowl.

Easy to order and pick up was simple. Staff was friendly, and responsive, the bowls we ordered are very tasty and fresh!

We will no longer come to this location. We’ve never had an order that has been correct. Last order we asked for chia pudding in one of the bowls and extra peanut butter in the other. Got both with chia and none with extra peanut butter. We’ve tried this location 3-4 times and something always ends up being screwed up.

Experience was good. No major problems encountered. Maybe bowl was a little less full that last time but not by too much. The past few bowls, the lid bowed out since there was so much blended stuff and then all the fruit. This time, fruit didn't even touch lid. Still a lot in there though. But with the much higher prices.....

The bowls were missing the blueberries and mango. We have ordered several times in the past and never made mention the last time this happened but this time around we wanted to make aware of it, sorry .

My experience today was not the best. I was picking up an online order. I checked in to let them know I was there. There was other customers inside 10 min go past and we noticed there was an acai bowl and smoothie on the counter. There was no name called. When I ask the ladies who’s it was they said mine. Well great to know, who knows how long I was waiting without being notified . It was not the best customer service I’ve experienced at this location. Not sure if I would recommend this location . On top of that when I get to my office no mango was on my bowl .
