Everyone at the Festival Anaheim Hills location is wonderful. They are all smiles, make the drinks and bowls perfectly and if there’s ever a problem they are quick to fix it. They are all so pleasant. Mina is a sweetheart and I hope they continue to flourish.

The bowls were very watery, not very on the blended side but more watered down this order .

Came to get some bowls and smoothies for my family and they loved it. I had a great experience! The staff was really helpful and smiling faces makes my day. Highly recommended this Nekter. Again thanks Nekter

I walked in and stood over by the pickup area. Someone said hi but theirbacks were turned so didn’t actually acknowledge me then one girl put a bowl in the fridge then she walked to the back. Another person came up front and arranged the chips on the display or something and I’m thinking this is the manager so I had to get her attention when she walked by again to ask if my order was ready. My order was ready but one bowl was incorrect. No big deal but the new bowl I received had about half the amount of the first one. the incorrect one was actually given to another customer so I was kind of wishing I had just kept the wrong one. It was just a strange encounter. I love Nekter but my biggest complaint is it’s so inconsistent as far as how much you get and the ratios so you go in wondering if it’s a good bowl day or a not as good bowl day.

(Applies to - 8162 E. Santa Ana Canyon Rd. only, had bad experience at other locations) Ladies here were quick, my 4 bowls were packed nicely and filled with perfect amount of açaí. (Some locations will drown the bowl with granolas if there’s more than one açaí bowl order) When I arrived for my online order, they immediately attend to me and took time out to packed everything nicely in a bag (I didn’t have to ask for it)

Order was ready just after I got there. No issues encountered. Bowl was good but getting pricey.

I ordered two of the same bowl (in the app), both with granola only on the side and one without agave. I had to wait to be helped when I went to the pickup area. I saw the bowls and asked, oh they have granola. She said “I can take it off for you. Hold on..” and before I could say anything, she went back to the register and was helping the next person. So I just took the bowls and left. The granola gets soggy and there are bits I can’t digest but I can avoid those issues when I have it on the side and can control it.

Bowls were way too watery

I ordered and paid for almond butter to be added and there was none in one of the bowls I ordered and in the other one, it was barely a teaspoon.

It was good but ordered no banana inside or outside and there were bananas on top, The print out on my bowl was correct.
