Ordered from the app, it was very easy to use. The only issue I saw that didn’t apply to me was that the store was out of frozen blueberries and other ingredients, and the app doesn’t notify you.

I've been going to the Sierra Lake location since the opening of the store. My most recent purchase was terrible! I purchased a green apple detox that was so bitter that I couldn't drink it. It made my stomach ache after the first sip. So I wasted 350 points. It wasn't worth the gas to drive back. Always take a sip before leaving!
Used the app as I left the gym, pulled up walked in and immediately got handed my bowl, it had plenty of fruit on top.. great service I gave them a 2$ tip on top of everything. Convenient and fast. Thanks

Store was super clean and organized , service was friendly and urgent. Unfortunately I ordered on line and they never got my order, (system down?) but she made it right away!

Min wait for a drink owner should get in here and help or hire another person everytime 10 people waiting for drinks and one person is literally running around Only One employee the dude was busting his behind off feel bad for him but I waited 30 mins for a drink kind of absurd we’re is the owner they need to be in here helping there short handed employee out bad look for owner and manager won’t be back I can go across the street and be ready upon arrival sorry not sorry
